We’d been hearing that Acer’s Android-based A1 smartphone would be hitting this month, and while we still haven’t heard anything official, it’s just gone up for pre-order at Expansys. The spec sheet is rather intriguing, since it lists Android 2.0 Donut and a 768MHz Qualcomm 8250 processor, which is a 240MHz bump over every other Android set on the market right now.

Rumor is that a thinner and sleeker looking Macbook is indeed in the works and boasts of a new integrated battery and outer white plastic casing. Unfortunately, we neither have a picture of it nor additional specs to really get us drooling from the mouth with utter lust fort this new laptop.

Yep. The red Zune that Adam posted about last week that finally hit Engadget yesterday, has a bid of $10,000 with 2 days left. 1st off, I am sure it’s bullshit. I seriously doubt that anyone is really going to pay that price. But, in the unlikely event that they are serious and they get wind of this site, I will gladly sell my prized Zune for 1/2 of that. That’s right, the elusive orange 30gb Zune for $5,000. Seriously. I am not gonna lie, I was seriously considering purchasing it myself.

The Utah race, which had been run in May in recent years, will move to a July slot after the 24 Hours of Le Mans.
