Remember that leaked nude video of Eric Dane and Rebecca Gayheart ? Well, they do, and they’re suing mad over it! The couple are suing Gawker Media, LLC, along with reporter Mark Ebner, who posted the video on the site, uncensored. The video showed Eric, Rebecca and friend Kari Ann Peniche , during a stay at Kari’s apartment. The lawsuit states that Ebner acquired the tape, gave it to Gawker and posted it on the internet. I don’t know who gave it to Gawker, but that’s where I saw McSteamy’s doctor parts.
