Gizmodo has posted a video (see the full article) demonstrating the user interface of Microsoft’s rumored tablet project, Courier. The site said that the video is an internal Microsoft demo that was produced by a third party company working with Microsoft, the same company that produced other videos leaked to Gizmodo on the Courier project.

We wrote recently that we felt the rumoured-but-strongly-expected Apple Tablet would be going after the digital publishing market to compete head-to-head with the Amazon Kindle and other e-ink digital book readers. Recently, Gizmodo dug up a few contacts in the publishing industry who lend credence to the idea that Apple will try to do for publishing what it did for music: help it transition to the digital world more gracefully.
