By Robert Yates Greenberg Traurig announced that it is entering the London market. A new UK firm, operating as Greenberg Traurig Maher, will be formed. Paul Maher, the former global vice chairman of Mayer Brown, will join as the founding member and chairman of the London office. Barnes & Thornburg has reached an agreement to acquire The Parsinen Law Firm, a 22-lawyer firm in Minneapolis. The acquisition will increase Barnes & Thornburg’s national reach to 10 offices.
