Rosie O’Donnell has finally opened up about her relationship with partner Kelli Carpenter. Though last week the former “View” host told USA Today, “We are working on our issues. Those are the only words I am ever going to say,” O’Donnell said a whole lot more than that in an interview with Howard Stern Monday.
