They call the cops when the “atmosphere” that once made the neighborhood so appealing gets too loud. Eventually, they push the locals out to pastures farther away and much less hip. A couple pieces of news came out of the Sonia Sotomayor hearing Tuesday — like she believes there is an individual right implied in the Second Amendment , and we finally had a chance to hear her response to charges of racism . In non-Sotomayor news: Dick Cheney’s daughter still thinks he’s OK, and she might take a stab at politics herself. The nice way to put it is that the House health plan is kind of like the Robin Hood of legislation. Lynn Sweet clarifies the final resting place of Michelle Obama’s father .
