Michael Jackson The time is almost near for the unveiling of the highly anticipated Michael Jackson film, This Is It. This afternoon, the new and previously unheard song titled “This Is It” was released preceding the release of the film. Jackson’s vocals are just as sharp as ever on the three minute 46 second long introspective musical piece. There is definitely a Motown and almost throwback to Jackson 5 style to the song, the Jackson brothers do indeed contribute backup vocals to the track.

Wait a sec! Paul Anka is still alive???? Since when??? We gather most you don’t even know who that is, so we’ll enlighten you: He’s a really old singer. There, now you are educated. It’s possible that some of you found Michael Jackson’s new song familiar sounding, and if that is the case, let Paul clear the air for you. He is claiming that This Is It is a rip-off of a song he wrote for Jackson back in 1983. MJ had turned the song down, so Paul gave it to another artist named Safire .

Tito Jackson could be one of the celebs to head to the jungle for I’m A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here. The 55-year-old older brother of Michael, who died suddenly in June, said he would love to go on the jungle show but would not like to take part in Strictly Come Dancing as he can’t dance. When Michael Jackson’s new single, “This Is It,” was released on Sunday night, many listeners were surprised by its resemblance to “I Never Heard,” a 1991 track by the R&B singer Safire, which gave songwriting credit to Mr. Jackson and Paul Anka. But no one was more surprised than Mr. Anka, who said in an interview on Monday that he had not been contacted about the use of the song, and was not given proper writing credit for the single, which now credits only Jackson as a writer.“They have a major, major problem on their hands,” he said.

Dear Zach Braff fans. Your beloved Dr. J.D. Dorian is not dead, despite what you may have heard on Twitter. Beginning this afternoon, a fast-growing stream of tweets began reporting the death of the former Scubs star with a link pointing to a fake CNN story claiming he had committed suicide. As of yet, there has been no word from the Braff camp to officially denounce the Twitter hoax, but you can be assured it is coming.
