As I mentioned this morning, I’m out of state and couldn’t make any of the Health Care Freedom Protests (I’m actually on an island without transportation but its not as glamorous as it sounds, promise).  While I couldn’t be there, neither the event nor the cause were far from my thoughts.  Many others showed up, and I am thankful for that.  We all should be.  These protests were for each of us, our children, and our country. Here is a round-up from those who could attend and report on the protests in North Carolina.

Conservative Commentator Michelle Malkin has a simple Message for Republicans: Clean your own house. Sounds a bit like Jesus during the Sermon on the Mount, “Why are your trying to remove the sliver from your brothers eye when you have a log in your own”. First remove that log and focus on yourselves. Conservatives continue to miss their calling. Clean up and let it start with me.
