Francois Fillon is in Washington today along with Christine Lagarde to prepare for the upcoming G20 summit in London. On the schedule is lunch with Larry Summers and a 3:45 pm meeting with Joe Biden (according to Politico ). There will also be a meeting with Barney Frank and a (snobby/invitation only) speech
