ABC quotes Rush Limbaugh : “And if you go and take a look at this, you will find that the Obama health care logo is damn close to a Nazi swastika logo” Is Rush right? You tell me.

The commments to a fairly pedestrian blog post at the Chronicle of Higher Education quickly drifted away from the topic of the post itself, as comment threads tend to do. I got completely derailed by this one: What strikes me about all this, which is just ratcheted up a notch from the Clinton era and flip-flopped from the Bush era, is the shameless irresponsibility of the “discussion.” When vacuous buffoons like Glenn Beck and Rush Limbaugh and Ann Coulter and Bill O’Reilly have free rein to spread their paranoid fantasies….

Republican Rep. Cathy McMorris Rodgers, WA-05, has condemned the crazy disruptors: “I certainly don’t condone violence, I don’t condone calling President Obama Hitler and painting swastikas on signs at town halls,” continued McMorris Rodgers, vice chairwoman of the GOP conference. McMorris Rodgers is the first member of the House Republican leadership to decry the Nazi comparisons. It follows a week of attacks by the House Democrats’ campaign arm on House Republican leaders, who Democrats say should speak out against Rush Limbaugh’s remarks comparing Democrats to Nazis in the healthcare debate.

I’ve been an INTP with INFP tendencies for as long as I’ve been taking the Myers Briggs Type Indicator; a psychological assessment used to measure personality preferences based on a series of 2 answer questions. The times I’ve taken the test have been mostly out of curiosity and as a undergrad student taking a few low level Psych classes. This test determines personality traits based on 4 primary dichotomies:How they focus their attention or get their energy (Extraversion or Introversion) How they

According to an Iowa congressman, President Obama has said he wouldn’t mind being a one-term president if that’s what it takes to get major health care and energy reforms passed. Rep. Leonard Boswell (D-IA) told reporters after a town-hall on health care that, during a meeting with Blue Dogs (of which Boswell is one), Obama said he’d be willing to get bounced after four years.
