LET US NOT FORGET THE LIBERAL STANDARD: Thought crimes need to be quashed. Words incite, that incitement makes you culpable. Based on liberal standards, Chris Matthews should be arrested. From Gateway Pundit

When Donny Deutsch appears on MSNBC, for better or worse, something interesting always happens. Today he was on Morning Joe talking about Rush Limbaugh when he called Rush a “megalomaniac and a scary, distasteful, human being,” and while talking about Limbaugh’s bid to own an NFL team called him a douche. read more

Hey y’all – just me checking in for a quick post about an issue that makes me sick in a different way from the swine flu: The Rev. Al Sharpton has joined those imploring the National Football League to deny conservative radio host Rush Limbaugh the opportunity to buy the St. Louis Rams franchise . In a letter sent to NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell on Monday, Sharpton wrote that he was “disturbed” to hear about Limbaugh’s interest in the Rams and asked for a meeting with Goodell “to discuss the myriad of reasons as to why [Limbaugh] should not be given an opportunity” to purchase the team.

By Debbie Schlussel Did USA Today/Detroit Free Press sportswriter and columnist Drew Sharp actually use Wikipedia and a fake quote attributed to Rush Limbaugh as a source of fact and news? Apparently so. Yesterday, when I read his USA Today sports column claiming Rush praised slavery, I scratched my head. I know Rush personally, and that’s not [...]

On the momentous issue of whether or not the Mouth That Roared should be allowed to become an owner of a professional football team, as cogently debated in one of the posts below, let me add another view that may excite debate in another direction: Al Sharpton has his knickers in a twist over news that Rush Limbaugh is trying to acquire the National Football League franchise in St. Louis, but with all due respect, the Reverend and other protesters fail to see the internal logic of such a move.

This being the one where he wants Rush Limbaugh to, well, die : So. Is it… The aforementioned wants-Limbaugh-to-die bit? That the only reason that Chris Matthews is trying this is in the hope that going after Limbaugh will boost his ratings ? Or that Chris Matthews thinks that Live and Let Die is a great film? I’m actually going to go with 3).

Chris Mathews is becoming more and more unbelievable by the day! Come on
hes joking right? Chris Matthews debating whether Rush Limbaugh should be allowed to purchase the St Louis Rams, complete with past Rush quotes that even Matthews points out were not racist. But the conversation veers way off course right after sports commentator Kevin Blackistone says the NFL is doing very well without Limbaugh (well not the Rams), and doesnt need Limbaugh. Matthews follow up question is
ummm
Matthews.

Rush Limbaugh is looking to secure a new title of his own: Owner of the St. Louis Rams. Problem with that? A bunch of the league’s players (mostly black) want nothing to do with the guy.The radio host, who earns many millions every year with Republican politicking, offends many with his conservative political commentary (which is often viewed to traffic racism, homophobia, and sexism), is working out a possible purchase of the St Louis Rams NFL team, teaming up with former Knicks president and
