For example, many claim Winston Churchill was larger than life … his deeds, character and history are far greater than his humble human being. Leader of the worldwide Catholic Church, The Pope, is also considered by most as larger than life. Jackie Robinson broke the baseball color line and became the first African-American MLB baseball player of the modern era … yeah, that’s a pretty big deal and larger than life.
