“I hate such controls as in Castaway. Still, the game is well done! You play a stranded guy with his companion-pet on an island and now needs to survive. So he fights through the island. Use "W,A,S,D" to move your character and the "mouse" to interact with the world. It shows classic RPG elements like character development and the monster spawn's where your can gain exp and train your char.
